What Is an Open Box?

An open box lets you combine orders into one shipment to save on shipping costs.

How Long Can an Open Box Remain Open?

Your open box will be shipped automatically if the following conditions are met:

·       After 60 days

·       Once you spend $250

Your shipment will be triggered by whichever of the following events occurs first.

How to Start an Open Box

To start an open box, add a note at checkout stating: “Please Start an Open Box.”

Please leave this note only once; there is no need to repeat it.

Adding More Orders to Your Open Box

For each additional order, check out as usual. There is no need to leave a note.

How to Close Your Open Box and Ship

When you are ready for your items to be shipped, do one of the following:

Processing Time

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Insurance & Upgrades

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking plus $100 of complimentary insurance.

Delivery Issues

After your package is shipped, responsibility shifts to the carrier. For lost, delayed, or damaged packages, please get in touch with USPS to file a claim.

Shipping Responsibility & Insurance

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Elemental Earth Crystals is not liable for any lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages.

Shipping estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed—any delays due to the carrier are beyond our control.

U.S. shipments may include up to $100 in carrier insurance. We do not ship internationally at this time; we ship only within the United States.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that responsibility for shipping transfers to the carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Jewelry Sizing

Rings

Most adjustable rings accommodate sizes up to approximately 11.

Bracelets and Necklaces

The sizes and lengths of each piece are clearly displayed.

Orders, Payments & Holds

Payment plans are available exclusively through Shopify and PayPal. We do not manage payment plans directly. Please note that we cannot reserve crystals from gem shows unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations

Customers are permitted up to three order cancellations per calendar year. Exceeding this limit may result in restrictions on future orders.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Elemental Earth Crystals is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. 

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service for policy violations, fraud, or disrespectful conduct, applying this rule fairly and without discrimination.
